- Managing & providing a point of contact for 1st and 2nd level
- Support to end-users within client's desktop & related hardware/software environments
- Deliver quality, remote support in a timely fashion using a variety of remote access tools
- Schedule onsite client visits to provide maintenance and direct support
- Engage with third party vendors to resolve issues that require vendor escalation
- Assemble and configure server and networking components for onsite implementation
- Active Directory administration
- User creation and termination requests
- Remote configuration of hardware and software
- Office 365 and Azure AD Admin
- Windows 10 and 11 admin
- Exposure to firewalls maintenance
- Experience with Virtualisation setup and admin (VMWare)
- Managing networks, network hardware, networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, Routing, DNS, VLANs) and the ability to troubleshoot a variety of networking issues
- Experience deploying and troubleshooting backup and anti-virus technologies
- Experience troubleshooting and deploying next generation firewalls
