Inbound and outbound calls
Portfolio management
Customer-focused collection calls to obtain arrangements
Assessing hardship applications
Using your negotiation skills to provide solutions to hardship accounts
Ability to manage high-volume collection cases

Your skills and experience

Collections/call centre experience is advantageous but not essential
Strong empathy and resilience
Relationship management skills
Self / time management skills
Strong attention to detail skills
Flexibility and availability for shift work
