- Scheduling & Coordination: Organise site visits, reactive servicing, and annual maintenance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal teams, customers, and contractors.
- Billing & Database Management: Oversee service payments and maintain accurate records.
- Admin & Documentation: Process orders, quotes, and service documentation.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to inquiries and support customer service channels.
- Sales Support: Identify opportunities to promote annual maintenance packages.
- Invoicing: Ensure timely and proactive invoicing.

- Familiarity with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is advantageous
- Exposure to tiered support environments (L1–L4)
- Proactive and adaptable in fast-paced settings
- Commercially aware with a practical understanding of business operations
