Our goal is to offer high-quality installations, support and service that makes owning an EV as seamless and stress-free as owning a petrol car.Job DescriptionEVSE is expanding rapidly, and we’re on the lookout for a proactive and engaging Service Coordinator to join our team in Silverwater. This full-time, on-site role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to a diverse customer base. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Organise site visits, reactive servicing, and annual maintenance.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal teams, customers, and contractors.
  • Billing & Database Management: Oversee service payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Admin & Documentation: Process orders, quotes, and service documentation.
  • Customer Engagement: Respond to inquiries and support customer service channels.
  • Sales Support: Identify opportunities to promote annual maintenance packages.
  • Invoicing: Ensure timely and proactive invoicing.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems
If you’ve got a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and experience thriving in a fast-paced environment — we’d love to hear from you! Bonus points if you have the following;
  • Experience scheduling electrical work, booking appointments, and coordinating contractors
  • Familiarity with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is advantageous
  • Exposure to tiered support environments (L1–L4)
  • Proactive and adaptable in fast-paced settings
  • Commercially aware with a practical understanding of business operations
  • Confident communicator who ensures contractor compliance and clear direction
  • Customer-focused with a strong service mindset
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in both written and verbal tasks
  • Collaborative team player with strong time management and multitasking skills
