- Greeting customers showing great customer service skills;
- Taking orders and presenting the menus;
- Serving food and drinks;
- Cleaning tables and service areas;
- Bringing bills to the customers and collect payments.
- Greeting guests, managing the bookings and reservations;
- Working in collaboration with the other supervisors and Management team;
- Responding to customers requests and assisting them in a professional manner;
- Cleaning glasses, tables, bar areas;
- Organising and preparing orders and a mix of cocktails and/or sophisticated drinks, serving wines, and other drinks as requested;
- Being responsible of all the bar areas and equipment;
- Ensuring to respect polices and procedures in place and practicing appropriate workplace health and safety procedures at all time;
- Being responsible of the training and supervising of the food and beverage attendants of a lower grade.
- Manage the budget for the restaurant.
- Estimate food and beverage consumption;
- Place orders with suppliers and schedule delivery of beverage/fresh food;
- Monitor actions of staff and customers to ensure that health and safety standards plus liquor regulations are obeyed;
- Recruit and hire staff;
- Training and managing staff;
- Monitor food preparations and methods;
- Make decisions in regard to every aspect of the management of the venue;
- Maintain company procedures in regards to cash handling and record keeping while observing safety protocol during opening and closing of the restaurant;
