With over 1800 square metres of meeting and events spaces, InterContinental Brisbane offers versatile function rooms and a Grand Ballroom catering for up to 1000 guests, making it a great choice for business and leisure events alike.We are looking for an Overnight Food & Beverage Attendant (In-Room Dining) to join our team on a Part-Time basis.Your Day To DayAs an Overnight In-Room Dining Attendant, you'll deliver delicious late-night meals and early morning breakfasts right to our guests' doors. Your key responsibilities include:

Preparing, presenting, and delivering food and beverage orders to guest rooms efficiently and accurately
Setting up and clearing down trolleys and trays, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
Assisting with in-room dining requests
Handling overnight guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth
Coordinating with kitchen and front office teams to ensure seamless service
Ensuring billing accuracy and processing payments when needed
Adhering to food safety, health, and hotel standards at all times

What We Need from You

Previous experience in food & beverage, room service or hospitality (preferred but not essential)
Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
Australian working rights, unrestricted
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and a guest-first mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain one)
Physical ability to lift trays, push carts and be on your feet throughout the shift
