Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspire and motivate your team to exceed operational metrics and KPIs
  • Lead and manage daily claims operations, overseeing workloads and setting performance goals
  • Provide guidance and support to claims consultants regarding claims processing, customer queries, or escalated issues
  • Ensure all team activities comply with internal policies, legislative standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Share product knowledge and help resolve escalated claims complaints and issues
  • Monitor team productivity and performance reports, identify trends, and deliver coaching to enhance results
  • Foster a risk-aware environment, promoting adherence to the company’s risk framework and customer advocacy policies
Requirements:
  • Prior managerial or team leader experience (claims or insurance sector preferred but not essential)
  • Experience leading high-performance teams and developing people
  • Claims or insurance industry knowledge is advantageous
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a challenging and dynamic environment
  • A proactive and highly motivated approach
