Due to continued business growth, they are seeking a detailer / project coordinator to join their experienced project team.
This role will not only provide you with an opportunity to further develop your frame detailing experience with a market leader but also provide some great exposure to estimating and project coordination.Ideally you will have:
- Detailing software experience using FrameCad or Vertex BD is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of general construction processes, including roof truss and wall frame construction.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- University or TAFE training in residential or commercial drafting is a significant advantage.
- Eagerness to contribute to our design and engineering team's ongoing success.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Review architectural and structural drawings to prepare detailed models.
- Prepare and modify existing drawings for manufacturing.
- Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Liaise with fabrication team and engineers to coordinate works and ensure design accuracy
- Continual development as a Detailer and Estimator
