Senior Project Coordinator Location: Brisbane however open to other locations.
Hourly rate: upto $90ph
12months contractAre you a seasoned project professional with a passion for creating impactful environments for communities across Queensland? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Principal Project Coordinator to join the Infrastructure Delivery and Operations Branch within the Infrastructure Services Division. This is a unique opportunity to lead and manage multiple complex building projects from the initial planning stages through to completion.Your Opportunity:As a Principal Project Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of modernizing and optimizing facilities across Queensland. You will work directly with clients and service providers to oversee a diverse portfolio of complex building projects, with values ranging from $5 million to $100 million. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and coordinating all aspects of project and program delivery, including managing financial and human resources.
Developing and maintaining critical relationships with clients, stakeholders, and service providers to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Leading and reporting on key sub-programs and significant projects within the Investment Program.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and frameworks, including WHS and procurement guidelines.

What We're Looking For:My client is seeking a professional who demonstrates a strong capability in delivering government infrastructure projects and has a solid understanding of the Project Assessment and/or Building Policy Framework. You will have proven experience in managing substantial volumes of documentation and possess strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with individuals in high-pressure environments.Desired Qualifications:A Certificate III or IV in Building and Construction, or a degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or a related discipline is highly desirable.Additional Information:

Location: Brisbane
Travel: The role requires regular travel to schools throughout the month, with occasional overnight stays.
