Up to $115k package (depending on experience)As a Case Manager, you will:
- Take ownership of workers’ compensation claims within a self-insured framework
- Guide recovery journeys by coordinating medical care and return-to-work programs
- Keep things compliant with workers’ compensation legislation and regulations

- Proven experience – + 1 year in workers’ compensation case management (self-insurance a bonus!)
- Solid knowledge of workers’ compensation laws and frameworks
- A natural communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Organised and detail-driven, able to juggle multiple cases effectively
- A problem solver with empathy, balancing analysis with genuine care
