Electrical Workshop Supervisor – Electrician

Our client is seeking a certified and experienced Electrical Workshop Supervisor to lead the electrical team and oversee daily operations. This hands-on role suits a strong leader with technical expertise in electrical systems, compliance and workshop management.The Business

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, train and support workshop electricians
  • Manage workflow, project scheduling and resource planning
  • Perform and oversee installations, repairs and fault finding
  • Ensure safety, compliance and high-quality standards
  • Maintain documentation and report to Directors
What You’ll Need:
  • Certified electrician with a current license
  • 5+ years of experience (2+ in a supervisory role)
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes and industrial systems
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Bonus: LVR/CPR, forklift, EWP, Working at Heights, Confined Space tickets
