ABOUT THE COMPANY.The company is an established boutique firm that holds a stellar project portfolio across a variety of sectors such as Commercial, Residential Retail, Education, Aged Care etc. Our client takes pride in their capable team and heavily invest in their career and ensures that their people are equipped with adequate resources to excel in their career.ABOUT THE POSITION.As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in ensuring that all work is carried out efficiently and diligently from the feasibility stage through to the handover stage of the project. You will mentor and support a team of Assistant Quantity Surveyors while also working closely with the Director.DUTIES.

Lead Pre and Post Contract duties
Facilitate bank draw down reports
Responsible for variations & progress claims
Lead and support a team of AQSs

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent
Minimum 5 years Professional Quantity Surveying in Australia
Liaise with consultants and key stakeholders
