
Sales Executive

- Provide quotations for enquiries across all segments including Groups, Corporate, Wholesale and Conference & Events ensuring revenue is maximised
- Manage a portfolio of major accounts that have specific potential for Accor's hotels
- Ensure up-to-date knowledge of rates, packages and operational details of the hotel in order to be able to conduct site inspections with the hotel's client base
- Ensure the product knowledge master manual for the Sales & Marketing department is current and up to date
- Handle all sales telephone calls and follow through using own initiative
- Use Accor's Client Management System to maintain accurate and up to date details on accounts
- Minimum 12 months' experience in either hotel operations or a sales and marketing role
- Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment where excellent planning and execution skills are vital
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage all types of stakeholders
- Sound understanding of emerging trends in the industry
- Ability to work independently and demonstrated initiative in a dynamic environment
- Confident and articulate communication, negotiation, relationship and networking skills
