We're looking for a Maintenance Claims & Procurement Officer to join our client`s team, a network services company in the water and waste industry. This dynamic role is split between coordinating responsive maintenance activities and managing administrative and procurement tasks. This is an ongoing casual position offering consistent full-time hours, Monday to Friday, with work based entirely on-site at their Rocklea depot.Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the responsive work order email account to ensure timely action by field crews.
- Record and track data from incoming emails in the claim's spreadsheet.
- Review crew hours spent on responsive jobs.
- Ensure job cards are completed for every work order.
- Generate monthly payment claims for completed work orders.
- Apply schedule of rates to various types of works.
- Book services as required.
- Manage purchasing and receipting processes.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Support general administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with field crews and client dispatch teams.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets) - automation experience is a plus!
- Ability to work independently from the depot five days a week.
- Comfortable handling large volumes of data and documentation.
