This is a permanent, full-time opportunity ideal for someone with hands-on experience in bitumen or asphalt production and a passion for working in a safety-first environment.What You'll Bring:

Proven experience in bitumen/asphalt batch plant operations or a related field
A current White Card (essential)
NATA Accredited Laboratory Technician certification (desirable)
Mechanically minded with strong problem-solving skills
A team-oriented attitude with the ability to work efficiently and collaboratively
Flexibility to work; early morning, day, overtime and weekend shifts
A strong commitment to our Zero Harm safety culture
