Pay rate - Dependant on Experience
Specialised ward-based role supporting paediatric inpatients across multiple subspecialties, including general medicine, surgery, oncology, and critical care. Provide clinical pharmacy services to paediatric inpatients, including medication reconciliation, chart review, therapeutic monitoring, and discharge counselling
