Foodworks Bruce Rock Supermarket & Hardware Store, is looking for experienced and motivated Retail Managers to oversee daily operations at their combined supermarket and hardware store in Bruce Rock.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the supermarket and hardware departments
• Supervise, train, and support staff across various areas
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers
• Ensure high standards of customer service and handle any issues promptly
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to boost profitability
• Oversee budgets, staff rosters, and store expenses
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations
