👨‍🍳 Full-Time Chef / Cook – Cascade Dining @ Club Belrose

Location: 146 Forest Way, Belrose NSW 2085
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 + Super
Hours: 38 hours per week
Leave: Minimum 4 weeks annual leave

Savor & Serve Pty Ltd, trading as Cascade Dining at Club Belrose, is seeking a talented and dedicated Full-Time Chef or Cook to join our busy kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily preparation, cooking, and plating with emphasis on quality and consistency
• Contribute to menu planning, seasonal updates, and cost control
• Manage stock ordering and assist with rostering & labour cost control
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards
• Train and mentor junior team members in cooking techniques and procedures
• Assist with staff hiring and training
• Communicate effectively with FOH to meet customer requests
• Handle large service numbers with efficiency and professionalism

Skills & Experience

• Relevant industry qualification (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher)
• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Strong culinary, prep, and plating skills
• Knowledge of growing food trends and techniques
• Above-average customer service and teamwork abilities
• Immaculate presentation and grooming
