Summary

We are a successful Crust Gourmet Pizza franchise located in a busy area, well known for delivering high-quality gourmet pizzas and excellent customer service. Our store is one of the busier Crust locations, with a strong and loyal customer base. We operate with a dynamic team of around 20 employees, including kitchen staff, delivery drivers, and front-of-house team members, all working together to provide an exceptional dining and takeaway experience.

As the business continues to grow, we are now looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead the team, drive performance, and maintain the high standards our customers expect. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth service delivery, efficient team management, and a customer-first focus. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality or retail environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of 20+ staff and provide constructive feedback on performance.
• Drive sales, monitor KPIs, and ensure profitability targets are met.
• Monitor food preparation process and ensure all hygiene and safety regulations are met.
• Maintain inventory, place orders, and manage supplier relationships.
• Attend to customer needs and resolve any difficult customer enquiries promptly and with ease.
• Demonstrating accountability through leading by example and communicating effectively with employees.
• Attracting and identifying talent when needed, including interviewing and hiring new Team Members.
• Accomplishing all marketing projects across the year.
• Work closely with franchise operations and uphold brand standards
• Undertaking regular Workplace Health and Safety inspections and testing activities and resolving any issues promptly.

Qualification and Experience

• Previous experience in similar Fast-Food environment is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience leading the store operations.
• Candidate with any relevant business or leadership management qualification is highly preferable.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Sales-driven with strong business acumen.
