The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Hotel/Motel Manager to take on a leadership role in a dynamic hospitality environment. You’ll be responsible for managing daily operations, staff coordination, and customer service, ensuring that guests receive the highest level of care and comfort.

Salary: $76,000 - $80,000 Annually + Superannuation
Key Responsibilities

Oversee front desk operations and ensure excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns professionally.

Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff to maintain high service standards.

Ensure smooth day-to-day hotel operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food services.

Monitor budgets, manage expenses, and ensure profitability while maintaining quality service.

Oversee booking systems and optimize occupancy rates through effective marketing and sales strategies.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.

Maintain relationships with suppliers and manage hotel supplies efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring strong leadership skills, hospitality expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications: A Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.

Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of experience in hotel or motel management, with a strong understanding of hospitality operations.

Skills: Excellent customer service, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in reservation systems and hotel management software is an advantage.
