The Role
We’re hiring an ICT Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in bridging product, technology, and client solutions. It’s a hybrid role across business analysis, growth enablement, product innovation, and AI/ML deployment. You’ll shape, ship, and scale client-facing tools and go-to-market initiatives that power Stropro’s growth, while leading and delivering software and innovative industry solutions across structured and alternative investments.
You’ll report to the CEO & COO and work closely with the Sales, Technology and Investment Teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with internal stakeholders (CEO, COO, investment; sales; and technology teams) to capture and document business requirements across investment products, user workflows, and platform features.
- Identify and evaluate gaps in product and client facing solutions to design and deploy QA tested Product/AI-driven solutions and internal automations.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of customer-focused AI projects, product launches and growth marketing initiatives, while ensuring adherence to timelines, budget and quality standards using project management methods Agile/Scrum.
- Create user guides, training documentation, and run enablement sessions (internal team and external advisers) to support adoption of new investment products, digital tools, and AI workflows.
- Use data and process modelling to develop clear and functional specifications and system requirements of new software implementations and tracking for developers.
- Report to CEO/COO, and lead cross-functional innovation projects collaborating with technology team, and serve as a central link between investment desk, sales, and digital agencies for product launches and growth marketing initiatives.
- Own marketing engine, adviser enablement, content strategy, and digital distribution campaigns. Coordinate with digital agencies on SEO, content, paid ads, and ensure content aligns with brand voice and marketing strategy.
- Operational coverage: Provide fallback trade-execution oversight in coordination with the investment desk when required.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s in Business/Finance, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science or related.
- 2+ years of relevant experience with structured products, equity derivatives, alternative investments (Eg. Private Markets, Hedge Funds) or other financial products.
- Go-to-market: Proven track record of creating high-quality B2B content (Collateral, white papers, presentation decks, guides, and other short-forms of content.)
- Front-end & UX/PM: Strong grasp of product development UX/UI; practical front-end familiarity (TypeScript/JavaScript, CSS, modern frameworks, Webflow) to deliver, specify and QA client-facing work.
- Data/AI: Hands-on with Python/SQL, APIs/integrations, and embedding AI capabilities in production.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex topics for senior stakeholders and advisers.
- Strong ownership, integrity, and delivery pace in a fast-moving environment; familiarity with Agile methodologies.
