Diesel Mechanic

Porter Excavations are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Diesel Mechanic to join their team in Cambrian Hill Vic.

The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:

- Maintain, service and repair vehicles as per repair order
- Carry out tasks at the highest standard possible while meeting requirement deadlines
- Carry out inspections and assessments as per work order
- Conduct all activities in a manner to ensure personal safety, the safety of others and environmental protection
- The ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent time management & multi-tasking ability
- Strong communication skills as well as mechanical knowledge


Skills and Qualifications required:

- Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 4 years’ experience


Salary range is $70,000 - $85,000pa commensurate with experience.
