Halls Creek Supermarket Pty Ltd offers fresh groceries and a curated collection of pantry essentials and gourmet goodies that elevate your culinary experience.  We are seeking enthusiastic and Retail Assistants to join our team and contribute to our store's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, assist with inquiries, and provide product information.
• Promote and sell products, answer customer questions, and help with decision-making.
• Handle cash registers, process payments, and issue receipts.
• Restock shelves, manage inventory levels, and participate in stock takes.
• Arrange and display products to attract customers and maximize sales.
• Pack purchased goods and handle packaging for customer convenience.
• Keep the store clean and organized, ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with store policies.
• Stay informed about the store's products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Monitor potential theft or security issues and report them as needed.
• Support inventory management tasks.

Requirements:

• AQF Certificate I or secondary education completion or 6-month experience in a similar role.
• A warm, energetic, and dependable demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction and demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Authorization to work in Australia without any restrictions.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

An annual salary of $69,000 to $74,000 per annum plus super will be paid to the right candidate.
