Specialising in authentic Moroccan bathing rituals, we aim to cleanse, refresh, and restore balance to both body and mind. We are now looking for a motivated, passionate, and self-driven massage therapist to join our growing team.

You will be responsible for:

As a Massage Therapist, you will be a part of creating a relaxing and restorative experience for our clients. Your skills and care will help us deliver outstanding service while maintaining the calm, welcoming atmosphere we are known for.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a variety of massage techniques, including acupressure, soft and deep tissue, aromatherapy, sports massage, remedial massage, and other specialised methods, tailored to each client’s needs.

• Massage the soft tissues of the body, such as muscles, tendons, and ligaments, to assist healing, promote relaxation, improve circulation, and relieve muscle tension.

• Assess and treat specific soft tissue dysfunction, providing appropriate rehabilitation advice to support recovery.

• Utilise targeted massage techniques to enhance sports performance and help prevent injury.

• Conduct detailed client consultations to review health history, assess physical condition, and identify areas of concern, tension, or dysfunction.

• Advise clients on stretching exercises, posture, and relaxation techniques to support their ongoing well-being.

• Employ complementary therapies, such as Shiatsu, Thai, remedial, and sports massages, infrared lamps, wet and heat compresses, ice therapy, essential oils, and herbal or mineral treatments, to aid recovery and enhance results.

• Keep accurate and confidential client records, including treatment notes and progress updates.

• Work collaboratively with the team to develop new treatments and spa offerings aligned with our Moroccan wellness philosophy.

• Administer additional body treatments such as exfoliation, wraps, and hydrotherapy when required.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of treatment rooms and communal areas, ensuring strict adherence to health and safety standards.

• Handle client enquiries and manage appointment scheduling professionally and efficiently.

• Promote spa services and products to enrich the client experience and contribute to business growth.

• Foster a warm, welcoming, and calming environment that encourages relaxation and overall well-being.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in massage therapy.
• Proficiency in a variety of massage techniques, including remedial, deep tissue, aromatherapy, Thai, hot stone, and sports massage.
• Solid knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to effectively target muscle groups and address areas of tension.
• Strong client relationship skills, creating a welcoming and trustworthy environment.
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities to maintain punctual and efficient appointment schedules.
• Clear and professional verbal communication skills for client consultations, understanding needs, and offering aftercare guidance.
• High attention to detail, ensuring treatment areas meet cleanliness and safety standards.
• Physical stamina to perform massages over extended periods without fatigue.
• Ability to work well within a team of wellness professionals.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and staying current with new techniques, trends, and products in the wellness industry.
