We're Hiring: Full-Time Medical Technician (Aesthetic Procedures)

Due to rapid growth and increasing demand for our general, cosmetic, and aesthetic services, we are seeking an experienced Medical Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. The role will be focused on supporting our aesthetic treatments in the operating/procedure room.

As a Full-Time Medical Technician at our clinic, your duties and responsibilities include:

working as part of an operating room surgical team in Aesthetic procedures

Assist our surgical team in treatments designed to enhance facial appearance and improve overall aesthetic appeal

Preparing patients, equipment, and treatment rooms

Assisting with procedures like Botox and laser treatments

Operate and work with various medical equipment and tools in our procedure rooms

Maintaining laboratory inventory levels and, if necessary, place orders for new supplies

Coordinate treatment planning with dentists and hygienists when aesthetic concerns overlap with oral/maxillofacial regions

Educate dental patients about available aesthetic treatments as part of comprehensive care

Provide clear post-treatment instructions

Follow clinical protocols and maintain aseptic technique

Document all treatments accurately in patient records

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• A related qualification, AQF Diploma or higher
• At least two years related experience
• Experience working as part of an operating room surgical team
• Experienced in Aesthetic Injectable (Botox & Fillers etc.)
• Experience in a clinical or aesthetic setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and patient safety

Desirable (but not essential):

• Prior experience working in a dental or multi-disciplinary practice
• Training in advanced treatments (PDO threads, PRP, etc.)
• Bi lingual – we have a high number of Persian speaking clients
