Forest Education Group Pty. Ltd is looking for a full-time Child-Care Worker for their Aurora Early Learning Centre.

Aurora Early Learning Centre is a modern and welcoming childcare provider with multiple locations. Each centre is purpose-built to provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children aged six weeks to six years. With thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor play areas, Aurora focuses on play-based learning that supports early childhood development across cognitive, social, and emotional domains. The centres offer age-appropriate programs guided by the Early Years Learning Framework and are led by experienced educators dedicated to fostering curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child.

To be considered for the role you need to have a relevant industry qualification and at least 2-3 years' experience in a similar position.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Assist in the preparation of materials and equipment for children's education and recreational activities.
• Manage children's behaviour and guiding children's social development.
• Prepare and conduct activities for children.
• Entertain children by reading and playing games.
• Supervise children in recreational activities.
• Supervise the daily routine of children.
• Supervise the hygiene of children.
• Great communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Enjoy working as part of a team.
