About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist to develop, co-ordinate, and implement marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales growth. You will be responsible for ensuring marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives, collaborating closely with our sales and product development teams, and ensuring that all marketing activities are delivered on time and within budget.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs.
- Advise the management team on all elements of marketing such as product mix, pricing, advertising and sales promotion, selling and distribution channels.
- Advise the management team on advertising strategies and campaigns to reach target markets, creating consumer awareness and effectively promoting the company’s goods and services.
- Plan, develop and organise advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives.
- Co-ordinate the production of advertising campaigns including artwork, copywriting, video production, and media placement within time and budget constraints.
- Create, schedule and publish marketing content to social media platforms and websites.
- Undertake market research to identify market opportunities and research the demand and market segments for new products and services, including collecting and analysing data.
- Monitor the performance of initiatives, providing regular reporting and insights.
- Analyse data from digital marketing campaigns and platforms, providing regular reporting and insights.
- Recommend updates to digital content to improve search engine metrics.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business (major in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related discipline).
- Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in developing and implementing marketing plans aligned with organisational objectives.
- Understanding of brand positioning, promotional strategy, and sales support initiatives.
- Experience delivering campaigns across digital, print, and traditional media.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and digital engagement strategies.
- Ability to conduct and interpret market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary
An annual salary of $75,000 – $85,000 plus superannuation will be offered, commensurate with skills and experience.
