Full-Time Dental Technician

Due to rapid growth and increasing market demand, PRODENTAL LABORATORY PTY LTD is expanding its expert team. We are seeking a skilled Dental Technician to join our state-of-the-art lab in Templestowe, VIC.

About the Role:

You will be an integral part of our digital lab, specialising in advanced CAD/CAM workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Exocad, and will be involved in designing complex restorations including All-on-X and Digital Smile Design cases.

Daily duties and responsibilities include:

• Constructs and repairs dentures and other dental appliances

• Design dental restorations using Exocad, 3Shape, Blender for Dental, and Zirkonzahn software
• Operate and manage milling machines and 3D printers
• Prepare and process cases for MillBox and HyperDent workflows
• fabricating full and partial dentures
• constructing mouth guards, crowns, metal clasps, inlays, bridgework and other aids
• repairing and relining denture bases
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
• Collaborate effectively within a team-based environment

Requirements:

• A related qualification equivalent to AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma plus one year experience
• Or minimum 3 years’ experience as a dental technician
• Advanced knowledge of CAD/CAM systems and dental design software
• Strong familiarity with digital production equipment and processes
• Effective communication and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and a passion for quality
• Farsi language skills are highly regarded due to our large Farsi-speaking clientele, but not essential
