Retail Supervisors

McDonald’s Maryborough is looking for dedicated Retail Supervisors to support the daily operations of their store. This full-time role is suited for individuals with prior experience in retail or fast-paced customer service environments who are confident in leading a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth service and a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Oversee team members during shifts, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently and according to company standards.

• Assist with training and development of staff to maintain strong service performance.

• Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory checks, and ensure correct product display.

• Support rostering and task delegation to meet shift requirements.

• Handle basic cash handling, daily sales reporting, and transaction monitoring.

• Ensure staff follow workplace health, safety, and company policies.

• Provide feedback and guidance to team members to help meet store goals and performance targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in a supervisory or team leader role in a retail or fast food setting.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
