Boss Engineering is seeking skilled and motivated Fitters to join their dynamic team. If you have a passion for maintaining and servicing a variety of vehicles and equipment, they want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure equipment reliability and safety

• Plan and manage repair, servicing, and installation activities effectively

• Proactively order and manage parts and materials to prevent delays

• Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on machinery and equipment

• Assemble machinery components and equipment as required

• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to resolve technical issues promptly

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to assist in different operational roles

• Adhere to all workplace health and safety standards

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve maintenance processes and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Relevant trade qualifications in a related field.
• At least 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
