Garry and Warren Smith Group are a multi franchised, family-owned automobile dealership and are currently recruiting for experienced and qualified Admin Office Manager to join their Office in Melbourne Vic.
 
The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:

- Contributing to the planning and the review of office services, and setting priorities and office service standards
- Allocating human resources, space and equipment
- Assigning work to and monitoring work performance of staff
- Managing records and accounts of the office
- Liaising with professionals to coordinate office business and to Facilitate resolution of problems
- Ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures
- Coordinating personal activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training and supervision

Skills and Attributes:

Ideally have a minimum of 3-years' experience in the related field
A certificate or Degree in Management is desirable
Ability to work in a team environment
 
Salary range is $70,000-$85,000pa commensurate with experience
