Venue Operations, Retail & Service Delivery Manager

ACPLP Pty Ltd, trading as Bodriggy Brewing, is a vibrant, community-focused business combining a brewery, retail store, and restaurant under one roof in Abbotsford. We are seeking an experienced Venue Operations, Retail & Service Delivery Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our venue and retail areas. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, culturally driven business known for its exceptional beer, hospitality, and customer experiences.

Core Duties:

• Oversee all aspects of daily venue operations, including bar, restaurant, and retail areas, with a hands-on leadership approach.
• Manage busy shifts, ensuring smooth operation of service, atmosphere, cost control, bar performance, speed, safety, functions, food service, and retail sales.
• Maintain consistent delivery of positive, memorable customer experiences across all touchpoints, including retail engagement.
• Oversee the retail space to ensure it is inviting, well-presented, and aligned with Bodriggy’s brand identity.
• Maintain and refine till/POS systems to maximise service efficiency, transaction accuracy, and reporting.
• Ensure effective closing and cash-up procedures for both hospitality and retail operations.
• Enforce compliance with company and venue policies, including stock control, visual merchandising, and retail handling procedures.

Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:

• A minimum of one (1) year full-time relevant experience combined with a Diploma in Business Management, Hospitality Management, or related field;
  OR
  At least three (3) years’ relevant experience in lieu of formal qualifications.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume service environments while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with POS/till systems and retail transaction management.
• Understanding of licensing, food safety, WHS, and compliance requirements.

Salary: $77,000 – $85,000 per annum plus superannuation.

Location: Bodriggy Brewing, 245 Johnston Street, Abbotsford VIC 3067.
