Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, update, and negotiate agreements, including managing variations and resolving any agreement-related issues.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve problems related to agreements.
  • Manage all associated documentation, track key dates such as renewals, and stay informed about legislative changes that may affect agreements.
  • Clearly explain agreement terms to stakeholders to support business operations.
  • Work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to manage risks and ensure effective outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum Qualification: Completion of a Diploma or Advanced Diploma in a related field.
  • Minimum Experience: At least one year of relevant work experience.
  • Must have strong attention to detail to accurately review legal and financial documents.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey contract terms and respond to inquiries.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities.
