Key Responsibilities:
- Review, update, and negotiate agreements, including managing variations and resolving any agreement-related issues.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve problems related to agreements.
- Manage all associated documentation, track key dates such as renewals, and stay informed about legislative changes that may affect agreements.
- Clearly explain agreement terms to stakeholders to support business operations.
- Work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to manage risks and ensure effective outcomes.
Requirements:
- Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum Qualification: Completion of a Diploma or Advanced Diploma in a related field.
- Minimum Experience: At least one year of relevant work experience.
- Must have strong attention to detail to accurately review legal and financial documents.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey contract terms and respond to inquiries.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities.
