About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Advertising Account Executive to manage advertising activities, coordinate marketing initiatives, and support client engagement across our franchise operations. This is a full-time role with competitive remuneration, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to determine advertising requirements and objectives.
  • Plan, develop, and organise advertising campaigns to align with client goals and market positioning.
  • Coordinate production of advertising content including digital, print, and media assets.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitor activity, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Negotiate media contracts, advertising space, and campaign timelines with external providers.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Liaise with creative and production teams to ensure quality and consistency of campaign outputs.
  • Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within financial and time constraints.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated relevant work experience of 1-2 years in advertising, account management, or campaign coordination.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and prepare clear campaign performance reports.
  • Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and emerging advertising trends.
