- Responsible for leading and nurturing a workplace culture that is positive, inclusive, and aligned with IHG's values, ensuring team members feel engaged, supported, and motivated to deliver their best.
- Bachelor's degree / higher education qualification in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field preferred.
- Senior leadership in culinary and/or F&B Management within hotels or multi-faceted venues.
- A track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and business results.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to balance innovation with operational excellence.
- A people-first leadership style that inspires, develops, and motivates teams.
- Knowledge of current industry trends, guest preferences, and compliance requirements.
