As an ASX company, MinRes is an Australian leader delivering innovative and sustainable diversified mining solutions, underpinned by a growing world-class portfolio of mining operations across multiple commodities including Iron Ore and Lithium.The MinRes Energy team plays a critical role in advancing our Roadmap to Net Zero emissions and works across the business to ensure our operations integrate lower emission and renewable energy solutions into our growth and development plans.The RoleMinRes Energy is looking for an experienced Floorhands & Leasehands for the MinRes 100% owned and operated LOC400 drilling rig.Commencing in February 2024 these are brand-new roles joining our Energy team on a 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off roster. This will suit individuals with a mechanical TA or drilling support background.What you will bring to the team

Current First aid certificate
Working at heights / Confined Space
Strong mechanical mindset, ability to help trades and drilling staff
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of drilling operations and equipment or willingness to learn
Working knowledge of Australian safety standards and regulations
