
Client Services Officer

- Perform front of house coverage duties such as providing efficient customer services to clients and staff, managing mail, client data and meeting rooms.
- Take charge of diverse administrative tasks, from lodging tax returns to managing ATO correspondence, completing ASIC tasks, and completing trust accounts.
- Administration tasks including database maintenance, APS updates, document management, and client invoicing.
- Providing general administrative support to team members.

- Experience in customer services, administration, or any front of house role is highly desirable.
- A genuine team player who has excellent client and stakeholder relationship skills.
- Highly skilled in prioritising and coordinating tasks.
- Previous experience using the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
