We're part of the MedHealth Group, offering and inclusive team culture where you voice matters and your impact is visible.Job DescriptionOn a day-to-day basis you will be an integral part of the close-knit team of Kairros Consultants who work with and support people who have sustained a psychological or physical injury in the workplace.As a valued team member your role will include:
  • Assessments including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic and equipment assessments
  • Be part of a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and return to work, always with your client’s best interests at heart
  • Deliver targeted intervention strategies to improve life independence, vocational capacity and functional performance
  • Understanding a variety of healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes
QualificationsExperience you will bring to the team:
  • A willingness to travel (Current Vehicle and Drivers Licence compulsory)
  • Full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency);
  • Qualification in Occupational Therapy;
  • A passion for injury prevention, facilitation of return to independence at work and at home, and the desire to make a difference;
  • Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering what we say we will and when we will
  • An inclusive and integrative attitude towards engaging with the many diverse cultural groups that make up the society in which we live and work
