Randstad has been engaged by a key client in the FMCG market, to assist with a key vacancy for their main site in Dandenong.We are seeking a proactive and skilled Hygiene & Site Services Supervisor to lead the clients team, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will hold responsibility for directing all activities related to hygiene and site services, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with all safety and quality standards.Working hours will be Tuesday – Saturday: 2pm-10pm and this position offers a generous base salary (+ super) along with a 10% bonus component.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Functionally lead and manage the hygiene and site services team, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting continuous staff development.Operational Management: Oversee all site services, including sanitation, pest control, chemical management, and adherence to Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Safety & Compliance: Champion health and safety requirements, conduct incident investigations, and ensure all procedures meet legislative and company standards.Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest levels of food safety, legality, and quality. This includes supporting facility audits (WQA, SQF, BRC) and maintaining all necessary records.Continuous Improvement: Utilize lean manufacturing principles to improve line efficiency and performance. Proactively identify and implement improvements to processes and systems.Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

5-10 years of relevant management experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of GMP principles and food safety systems (e.g., HACCP, SQF).
Demonstrated ability to drive a high-safety culture and lead cultural change.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
