In this role you will work in a dynamic team environment to deliver polished products on matters ranging across environmental issues, regulatory reform and associated topics.About YouWe are looking for an Advisor, which would ideally suit individuals with between 3 to 8 years' experience in project management, preferably with tertiary qualifications in a related field (e.g., project management, engineering, business, etc).As a small-medium enterprise, we are also looking for the person who is the right fit for our team. We aim to work on projects that make real and enduring change across a wide portfolio.As we work as trusted advisors to government, it is desirable that you are in a position to hold an Australian Government Security Clearance.Remuneration .Competitive remuneration will be based on skills and experience of the successful applicant.Key responsibilitiesAs a member of a growing and dynamic team, it is anticipated the position of Advisor will be responsible for providing input into a broad range of activities being undertaken by Aestra in collaboration with the Aestra senior leadership team.The following responsibilities are intended to provide a broad overview of the Advisor role: .
  • Managing projects from initiation to completion, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Applying critical thinking, judgement and problem-solving skills to develop and deliver polished, accurate products for clients, including but not limited to, preparation of project plans, options papers, and government briefings.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of project milestones and outcomes.
  • Contributing to business development efforts, including preparing responses to requests for quotation and supporting proposal development.
  • Supporting Aestra's strategic and operational planning, contributing insights and ideas to enhance business performance and service delivery.
  • Nurturing and maintaining strong client relationships, supporting the growth of existing accounts through trusted advisory and delivery excellence.
  • Contributing to a positive team culture and promoting high-performance collaboration.
Working arrangements .At Aestra, we primarily work remotely, so it is essential that you have a dedicated office space where you can comfortably work from home.
