Works includes 2km of new freeway upgrade, 3km of new freeway, separation of local roads from the freeway, bulk earthworks, retaining walls, bridge structures, rail interface works, intelligent transport systems, urban design and landscaping. This diverse and challenging project will be complete in 2028.Key accountabilities for the positionCoordinate the collaborative production, maintenance, and dissemination of digital Information using inputs from Design, Engineering and Construction to deliver valued digital engineering outcomes for the alliance.Train and facilitate implementation of BIM workflows4D Model federation and maintaining the single source of truth information sharingFacilitate use of BIM technology including file interoperability and BIM Authoring ToolsAssist in the facilitation of 3D virtual trade coordination of work in the fieldEnable the Improvement of 4D planning within Construction OccupationsAssist in the maintenance of BIM models for field operationsSupport integrated planning workflows using Synchro and Primavera P6 including but not limited to, integration of cost, quantities and resources into planned activities.Assist with model-based quantity extractions (5D) to inform cost and construction planning activities.Support internal and external stakeholders with Integrated Delivery workflowsSupport development of Construction phase designs, including but not limited to, temporary works, sequencing and methodology models.Facilitate construction phase constructability and safety reviews leveraging design, reality data, survey and programme.Required Skills and CompetenciesExperience in construction and delivery of major infrastructure projects (Civil, Structural, Rail and Buildings Engineering) will be highly regarded.Diploma or higher level qualification in a relevant field is required.Proven Experience with 4D and 5D BIM will be particularly advantageous as will be experience working to confederated models and advising delivery teams on sequencing/planning for improvements in efficiencies and safetyHighly developed communications skills and an ability to persuade & influence whilst working collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders.ACCIONA has been given the Top Employer 2022 & 2023 certification in Australia, which certifies the company's commitment to excellence in human resources management and those who focus on putting their people first through their exceptional HR policies.
