General servicing and maintenance of vehicles
Identifying and repairing technical issues
Assessing additional work as needed
Completing work per Manufacturer Repair Times Guide and company standards
Road testing vehicles
Ensuring quality and timely work as per Repair Order instructions
Conducting quality checks on all work
What We’re Looking For:
A passion for automotive technology
Completion of Year 10
Commitment to a 4-year apprenticeship, including practical studies at TAFE through our Award-winning D.R.I.V.E Program
Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic
Honesty, trustworthiness, and punctuality
Victorian Driver’s license
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Some knowledge of motor vehicles is desirable
Willingness to learn and reliability
