- Salary paid monthly will depend on experience
- Able to advise project management and project personnel of the requirements of legislation, guidelines, Codes of Practice and Standards relevant to the workplace
- Experience monitoring performance against the overall project program as modified from time to time
- Lead by example the Company values and ensure they are embedded in the team's culture
- Hold Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.
- Hold Certificate IV in OHS.
- Have demonstrated leadership skills and competency.
- Have professional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Senior First Aid Certificate.
- Knowledge and skills related to processes and methods of work
- Competence in the operation of machinery fleet and tasks (not essential to have experience for every machine or task)
- Compliance to the Competency Framework requirements is critical to be able to perform this role safely and efficiently.
