A degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical, Avionics, Electrical or an equivalent field.
8+ years of proven experience working in your specialised field (aviation desirable).
Previous design experience (necessary).
Outstanding prioritisation abilities, enabling you to handle multiple deadlines with precision.
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information.
A commitment to delivering top-notch, customer-focused specialist engineering advice and support.
A track record of managing small to medium engineering projects or tasks to meet stakeholder requirements.
Sharp problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
