- Manage concurrent digital projects using Agile or Waterfall, delivering to agreed scope, timelines, and budgets
- Oversee client retainers, prioritising ongoing support and enhancements
- Define project scopes, prepare proposals, schedules, budgets, and statements of work in collaboration with discipline leads
- Track and report on project progress, budgets, risks, and milestones to keep clients and stakeholders informed
- Lead client workshops, WIP meetings, retrospectives, and debriefs to ensure alignment and improvement
- Manage project change processes, negotiating scope, budget, and timeline adjustments with clients
- Build trusted client relationships by managing expectations and identifying opportunities to foster growth in partnerships
- Take accountability for project performance, including troubleshooting issues, escalating risks, and managing budgets and resourcing forecasts
- 3+ years (mid-level) or 6+ years (senior-level) project management experience in digital or software development
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering to agreed timelines, budgets, and scope
- Strong understanding of the project management life cycle, with the ability to track and report against milestones
- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Productive, SmartSheets, and Slack
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under pressure
- Confidence in building and fostering strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Well-developed problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in financial and budget management reporting
- Degree in business, project management, or related discipline
- Formal Project Management certification
- Experience with enterprise CMS platforms, especially Umbraco and WordPress
- Understanding of web development processes, technologies, and terminology (e.g. APIs, integrations, hosting environments)
- Ability to mentor and support colleagues, contributing to team capability
- Exposure to business development or account growth activities (e.g. identifying upsell opportunities)
