- Promote the MATES in Construction program to workers, companies and industry leaders
- Deliver suicide prevention training and build on-site peer support networks (Connectors and ASIST workers)
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing sites, tailoring your approach to suit individual needs
- Coordinate and schedule site visits and training sessions across NSW
- Provide direct support to construction workers doing it tough, connecting them with the right services and resources
- Keep accurate records and contribute to reporting and data collection
- Assist with broader community engagement activities to grow the reach and impact of the MATES program
- A background in construction (or a similar field) and a strong ability to relate to the people who work in it
- A genuine interest in mental health, suicide prevention, and making a difference
- Excellent people and communication skill - you are easily approachable, a good listener, and confident presenting to groups
- A collaborative, team-first mindset, but also able to work independently and manage your time
- Flexibility and willingness to travel across NSW

- Salary of $89 852 + 12% superannuation
