We work closely and collaboratively with our agency partners (Saatchi & Saatchi, Leo Burnett, Team One, Digitas, Publicis Media and Razorfish) and our direct clients.Our mission is to deliver best-in-class production, with excellence in craft, innovation, and problem-solving at our core.We are looking for an experienced Editor/Shooter to join our small team in Brisbane. You will edit and create all forms of content from brand and broadcast, through to agile social/content delivery and be proven in your ability to deliver high caliber content with proven experience as an Editor. You will be passionate about film craft and ideally have experience in shooting stills and/or motion.About the role:You will be based in a state-of-the art production and post production space in Brisbane, working on productions of just about every size for industry leading agencies including Publicis Worldwide, Leo Burnett and Saatchi & Saatchi. You will be responsible for editing content, television commercials and internal reels using your high-level craft skills to deliver creative content for our clients and agency partners. Some specific responsibilities will include ingesting footage, editing, exporting to spec, adapting global content and working with our senior production team to make magic.You will work on a mixture of big brand ads and smaller content pieces depending on client demand and collaborate with our team of in-house Producers, Agency Producers, Agency Creatives and at times, directly with clients. You will have the ability to take a Creative brief and create engaging work that exceeds creative and client expectations. As you will be collaborating with a variety of stakeholders and clients, strong communication skills, a growth mindset, and a positive disposition are essential.What we are looking for:

Passion for creativity and craft
A good all-rounder with a positive attitude and a hunger to tackle jobs and be an integral part of the creative production process. Production is fast moving and needs flexibility and adaptability to keep one step ahead
You must be calm and responsive with agency/client feedback and be prepared to be open to solutions focussed to get the job done
Demonstrated knowledge of Premiere
Demonstrated skills operating high end cameras equivalent of a Sony FX6
You will also need to be able to keep your edits very clean and organised so that others can pick your projects up with minimal confusion
You will need to be able to jump into other people's edits to help with tweaks, exports and dispatch
Demonstrated experience of directing talent and crew would be beneficial
Knowledge of Adobe Suite, Photohop and After Effects would be beneficial
Knowledge of broadcast specs and despatch systems like CAD and Peach are nice to have but not completely necessary. Additionally understanding how to export OP59 audio will be beneficial but can be taught.
Ability to work onsite in the office. Prodigious offers flexible working through the Publicis Liberté program, however, this role is also client facing and requires the bulk of the time to be spent in the office.
