Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will oversee all aspects of the new car department, from team management and performance to customer satisfaction and profitability. This is a hands-on role where your ability to lead from the front and drive results will set the tone for the entire sales team.YOU'LL NEED You will have a proven background as a New Car Sales Manager within a franchise dealership and a history of exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, negotiation and closing skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of dealership processes, compliance and KPIs. A current driver’s licence is required.THE OFFER The successful candidate will receive a retainer between $70k and $85k plus commission, superannuation and a fully maintained company vehicle. On target earnings are expected to sit between $120k and $140k plus super.
