Are you an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator looking for your next opportunity? Join one of Australia's leading parcel companies and become part of a high-performing team based in Redbank! This role involves both forklift driving and manual work.Key Responsibilities:

Operating a counterbalance forklift to load and unload freight
Manual handling
Handling general freight with care and efficiency
Working within a fast-paced transport environment
Ensuring all freight is sorted and staged correctly
Following safety procedures and company protocols

What We're Looking For:

Valid LF Forklift Licence with recent counterbalance experience
Previous freight handling or transport yard experience (preferred)
Physically fit and able to lift/move freight as needed
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Team player with a strong work ethic
Must have no criminal convictions in the last 10 years
Pass a drug & alcohol test and medical
