- Draft professional emails to clients, subcontractors and insurers
- Liaise with clients, insurance companies and team members
- Maintain accurate records and assist with job tracking
- Assist with scheduling, project timelines and workflow coordination
- Data entry and basic financial administration
- Maintain up to date compliance and quoting document templates
- Provide general admin support to the director and wider team
- Confident communication with good written English
- Ability to manage digital documents and cloud-based systems (Google Drive, Gmail, etc)
- Detail-focused and organised
- Reliable, self-motivated and ready to learn
- Previous experience in insurance building or construction admin
- Familiarity with Xero, quoting tools or building contracts
- Experience with Crunchwork (helpful but not essential)
