About the RoleAs the Administration Coordinator, you will play a key leadership role in supporting the smooth operation of the Emergency Department, General Medicine, and Geriatric Medicine streams. You'll oversee and coordinate daily administrative and secretarial services, ensuring high-quality, efficient support is delivered to meet the needs of clinical teams and patients. Your role is vital in helping to maintain streamlined processes and responsive service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.You will provide positive leadership and guidance to a dedicated team of administration staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive workplace culture. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and improving departmental procedures, managing complex administrative tasks, and working closely with senior staff to meet service demands and organisational goals.
